How do I join the Mindzai Rewards Program?

How do I earn points?

1. Earn 1 points for every $1 spent! Rewards are issued as coupon codes in which you can redeem at online checkout or in store. Purchases made online are automatically applied. Purchases made in store are applied automatically ONLY if the purchase was made under the account. 
2. Earn Bonus Points. Occasionally, we will have contests and/or special promotions for bonus points! Keep an eye out for that!
   
   Note: Points are not earned for any shipping fees, gift cards, taxes or discounts applied, select custom and consignment goods, Homebase products (found in our downtown store location) including but not limited to spray paint, paint markers and mops.
   
   

How do I redeem rewards?

You can redeem rewards online and in-store (where applicable). Here's how:
ONLINE:
First, you need to be signed in to your account. Once you are signed into your account, you can redeem rewards by clicking on the Rewards banner on the bottom of the page or by clicking here.

IN-STORE: You can also redeem your reward in-store but you MUST print out your redemption code and bring it to the store. This is due to a limitation to our software. You can only redeem one reward per transaction unless specified.

• Do reward points expire?
  Nope. Points do not expire. 
• Can points be transferred or sold?
  No. Points cannot be transferred to another account or person. Points cannot be sold or traded.
• Do I have to redeem all of my points at once?
  You don't have to. If you have 500 points you can redeem only 100 and then have a remaining balance of 400 points that you can use for another time. In fact, you can only redeem one reward per transaction.
• Can points be applied retroactively?
  Unfortunately not. This is a new program for us and there are some limits on what the software can do. 
• Is there a minimum amount that I have to spend for point redemption?
  No. There is no minimum amount that you need to spend.
• Can I redeem more than one reward in a single transaction? 
  No. You may only only redeem one reward per transaction. If you need to redeem more than one reward then you will need to do a separate transaction.
• What are bonus points?
  Sometimes we give away bonus points if you purchase a specific item or if you purchased during a promotional period. You can also get bonus points just by showing up to our events or by doing some kind of activity. We'll have lots of bonus points offers and we can't wait to share them with you. We love getting free points and we bet you do too!
• When are bonus points applied?
  Bonus points are not applied immediately. But it will usually be applied to your rewards account within 1-2 days.
• I've redeemed an award by mistake. Is it possible to reverse a redemption?
  Unfortunately not. Once you have confirmed your redemption reward, your reward will appear and will be available in the "My Rewards" tab as well. It's not possible to reverse this action.
• Where can I find my redemption codes?
  Once you've made a redemption, all the reward codes are available in your "My Rewards" tab. 
• What is not eligible for points?
  Points are not earned for any shipping fees, gift cards, taxes or discounts applied, select custom and consignment goods.
