    SHIPPING FAQ:
    What shipping options are available?
We currently use a variety of services including Canada Post, GLS, ICS, Canpar, UPS, Fedex, POST NL and more shipping options for all of our customers worldwide.

Which shipping option will have tracking numbers when the items are shipped?
All shipping options will have tracking numbers

    Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from our shipping location in Markham or Toronto, Canada.

    Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped from a variety of warehouses and retail locations across Canada, USA and the world.

How will I know when my items are shipped?
An email confirmation will be sent to you along with applicable tracking number.

How long will my package take to ship?
Most of the time we try to ship the same day but because we have inventory in multiple warehouses, there can be a handling period of up to 2 days. Here are the estimated shipping times below.

What about tariffs and/or customs duties?
You are responsible for your own tariffs and customs fees to your own federal and local governments. Unless specified all shipments are typically shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Depending on your own country, you may need to pay the carrier before the item is released.

Do not refuse the package because the parcel will not come back as a return. It is also against terms and services to refuse a parcel. Doing so means you forfeit the parcel and will not receive a refund. If you refuse a parcel after we have already shipped the parcel either at time of delivery or during the shipping process to avoid fees and/or other charges that are required including tariffs and/or charges required by the carrier, it means that you abandoned the package and forfeit the right to any refund or exchange.  Reshipment will not be possible.

    Canada:
Canada Post Priority 1 to 2 days
Canada Post Xpresspost 1 to 2 days
Canada Post Expedited 2-9 days delivery

    USA:
    UPS Standard 2-7 days
Canada Post Expedited USA 3-7 days
Canada Post Tracked Packet USA 4-9 days
Note: The USA is undergoing significant changes to their shipping procedures since the addition of tariffs for all imports into the country.

    Internationally:
Will vary by country. Typically 20-40 days

What are the Terms and Conditions for the Free Shipping over $149 promo offer?
Purchases eligible for Free Shipping are shipped via a service of our choice. Services range from GLS, ICS, Canpar, Canada Post, UPS and more. Shipping times vary from 3-9 days depending on the location.
Some of the items we offer may be excluded from this offer due to their extreme size or weight or because the price we're offering doesn't give enough profit to cover shipping costs. Although 99% of our store items are eligible for the free shipping offer we will indicate whether or not an item is ineligible in the product description. The major things to look out for here are large toys such as 1000% Bearbricks, Toys that weigh over 5 kg, oversized toys, one of a kind customs (sometimes) and original artwork.
Gift Cards of any amount do not count towards the free shipping offer. If the transaction does include a gift card it must be separate from the overall transaction.
You must have $149 before applicable taxes and before any gift cards in your cart.
We reserve the right to add or change these conditions at anytime.

Am I able to see the shipping cost before I confirm to purchase the items?
Yes. The shipping costs are on the final checkout page. Here are the steps:
After clicking the checkout button in your cart, you'll be directed to a screen where you enter your payment and customer information.
Enter your payment and customer information (which includes your address) and then press continue to go the final checkout page.
Now that you are on the final checkout page you can select the shipping option of your choice. Then you can confirm by clicking the "complete my purchase" button.

    What about shipping insurance?
We do not provide shipping insurance. If you would like to add shipping insurance to ensure a proper delivery then you will need to request this separately.

What if the item arrives damaged?
We handle all of our items with the utmost care. Once we ship the item, it is now out of our responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. We can help you by submitting a claim but there is no guarantee that it will be fruitful. Ultimately, you will need to request a product or shipping insurance before we ship it. Please refer to our refund policy on defective items.

Where can I enter the promo code / discount code?
After you have entered your payment information and press continue. There will be an empty box where you can apply your promo code/discount code. Enter your code into this box and press enter. Your discount, if applicable, will automatically be applied.

Can I use 2 promo codes for one transaction?
    Unfortunately, no.

Can I use a promo code on the items that are on sale?
    Yes. But certain restrictions apply.

I've purchased an item that is on Preorder as well as in stock items. When will it be shipped?
Orders that consist of both in stock items and Preorder items will only ship once the entire order has arrived. If you would like the in stock items to be shipped first, you will need to contact us and pay for shipping separately. The best thing to do is to order preorder products on a separate transaction.
