    REGULAR STOCK:

    All sales are final unless defective. See defective items process below. There are times where we can allow for exchange or credit. Please inquire with us on our contact page.

    FRENZY APP:

    All sales or purchases made with Frenzy App are final and there are no cancellations or exchanges. Items listed on Frenzy are limited stock items. There can be no exceptions.

    PRE-ORDERS:

    Pre-order products are paid in full, are non-refundable, and if purchased with other in-stock items the entire order will be shipped when the preordered item arrives into our warehouse. If you need us to ship it out first, please contact us and we can arrange for an additional shipping fee. 

    DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

    We work hard to make sure that you are happy with your purchase and we understand that you love creativity just as much as we do. You are dealing with people that is truly appreciative of all creative minds and the products that come out of them. 
    However, there are times when things can go wrong and you end up with a defective product or a missing part.  We want you to be happy and so have a fair defective return policy.

    All of our products are final sale and many of the products we sell are made in limited quantities, custom-made and they are considered collectable items. This includes original artwork such as paintings, original artist sketch books, custom apparel or anything else handcrafted.

    Blindbox toy collectables are final but if you open the box and find a defective product, please send us a photo and we'll help you get a new blindbox or a credit but we cannot guarantee you will receive the same toy.

    In the rare case of a defective product send it back to us within three (3) days of product delivery and we'll be sure to exchange it for you. If you damaged the toy we are sorry but we can't accept the return. In addition, we are not liable for damages that may have occurred to products during shipping. This means that damaged boxes protecting the protect is not considered defective. 

    Any return requests made after THREE (3) DAYS will NOT be accepted. NOTE: All returns MUST include original packaging. If ALL original packaging is not with a return, we will NOT accept your return and you will be liable for the shipping costs back to you. 

    Administrative fee for cancellations:

    There are no cancellations. However, sometimes we will do this for customer service purposes. If we decide to cancel for any reason, we will charge a 20% administration fee. 

    Instructions for returning defective products:

    1. Send us an email to customerservice@mindzai.com and include your reason for returning along with a photo.
    2. Wait for an return authorization number (RA#) from us. We will review your email and send you an RA# along with instructions.
    3. Once you have followed the return instructions and are ready to send it back we will require you to ship the product back to us inside a shipping box and be sure to write your RA# on the outside of the box.  We cannot accept returns without an RA# number.
    4. When we receive your return we will email you to let you know.

    We do not price match and we reserve the right to have sales and promotions at anytime. There is no price guarantee timeframe and we do not price match.
